i have travelled extensively in china, such as beijing, shanghai , and sanya. every city has its unique characteristics which draw a lot of people to pay a visit to . for example , what beijing impresses me is that its traditional and modern architecture

the ability to absorb the new knowledge quickly and to evolve and adapt to any kind of new environment makes me adapt to any challenge and seize any opportunity.

when it comes to me, i have one thing i need to mention/emphasize-it is my positive personality and enthusiastic character. whichever kind of situations i am placed into, i always keep the optimistic attitude toward them and finally find a solution to the problem. due to my enthusiastic character , almost every partners or coworkers or supervisors like to collaborate /cooperate with me. in my point of view, i may need to improve my patience.

with my keen mind and good business sense , i can make myself soon distinguished /noticed by the investor.

1、tellme one of book you read recently and why you like it?/if you write a book, what would it be?

i have been reading the book- the old man and the sea, which is written by ernest hemingway/ the autobiography of bill gates/ why the west rules-for now(ian morris)/ currency wars by song hongbing –电影（hidden man /let the bullets fly/ if you are the one/dying to survive/ incredibles 2/fast and furious/ dallas buyer club/the avengers）

the reasons why i like it are as follows: first, the story of the old man diego who fishes in cuba is adapted from a true story . second , diego came across a lot of difficulties but never give up, which inspires me to overcome troubles and barriers in real life. what hemingway tells me is that there is nothing stronger than a person’s strong will.

3.how to release your stress?

i spend a lot of time with my family and friends through this kind of company, i am relieved of my pressure and feel their happiness worth every effort i have done.

i have been in charge of a lot of projects, which make who i am and where i stand. first and foremost, i conclude a lot of detailed and practical experience from these works. for example, as a leader, the most import quality is to identify what kind of potential your employees have and bring it into full play. if you put right people into the right position, and motivate them to work enthusiastically , you will find your team can complete any tough task in a very effective and efficient way. in addition, i also got lessons from the failures which i made . sometimes i could have seized the chance to enlarge and expand my market but i failed to do so. this is not about my capability. to some extent, i may be too conservative when to weigh the pros and cons. just as our chinese word “weiji” shows, it includes opportunities and risks. maybe if you focus on risks too much, you could lose opportunities. with all these experiences and lessons i have got, i am quite sure i am able to seize any chance and in the meanwhile drop the risk to minimum.

i have a long term plan. i would like to work as xxx in a leading company. within next 5 year, i hope to be promoted to be xxx in a joint venture or …..

all coworkers/colleagues are cooperative , independent and reasonable, and see the job as their primary reason for being. leaders are competent to handle all kinds of crisis and navigate our way way through all these complicated times and situations.

as a market manager, all my effort has revolved around efforts to tap the consumers market.

first you must know how to identify shared experiences and problems, and show you were in their positions or you once were one of them. all of this makes sure what you say to them is persuasive and helpful . analyze their problem and dilemma precisely and then provide specific solution for them and picture how much they can accomplish in the future

different problems have different problems. the reason why the problem is tough is that you are involved in it and get lost. perhaps find an professional outsider to help/give a totally new perspective , you will suddenly find the path out. more importantly, i will get the echo from this kind of person immediately because i have high emotional intelligence and i am that kind of person people love to hang out with, i have already built my personal networks before i use it.
