顾名思义就是自己跟自己用英语说话,比如对着镜子里的自己。 可以每天一次,像在写一本语音日记;也可以当做自己在自言自语思考某个问题时, 切换到英语的语言表达上来。再比如想一下今天或者昨天做的事情:I got up at 7. It's pretty early for me.
